Each player is permitted to hold only one kinggame account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts. All balances and winnings in duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.
All bonuses and promotions offered by kinggame are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. kinggame reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. All accounts must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. kinggame reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
kinggame employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify and prevent cheating, collusion, and abuse of the platform. Any player found to be engaging in fraudulent activity will have their account permanently suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
kinggame handles all player data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed solely for the purpose of operating your account and complying with applicable regulations.

By accessing, registering on, or using the kinggame platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with kinggame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an account on kinggame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Restriction: kinggame strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification.
kinggame reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kinggame may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
To access real-money games on kinggame, you must register a Player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on kinggame. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. kinggame employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances, bonuses, and winnings will be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your kinggame account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, your current residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number registered to a Philippine network (Globe, Smart, or DITO). Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kinggame account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. kinggame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify kinggame immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All kinggame accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied by kinggame.
kinggame is required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. The KYC verification process requires you to submit the following documentation:
kinggame processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. You will be notified via your registered email address once your verification is complete. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
kinggame reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during ongoing account activity, as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension.
kinggame accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other payment channels as may be made available on the platform from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount on kinggame is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your kinggame account.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your kinggame account instantly. Deposits made via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the respective bank.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. kinggame does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
Note: kinggame does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your GCash, PayMaya, or bank account provider for applicable charges.
Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification to kinggame's satisfaction; (b) met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds included in your balance; and (c) deposited at least once using the payment method to which you wish to withdraw.
kinggame aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed within your kinggame account at the point of withdrawal. Players with VIP status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.
kinggame reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional documentation or temporarily placing a hold on the withdrawal pending review. kinggame will notify you of any such hold within 24 hours of the withdrawal request.
kinggame offers various bonuses and promotions to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses awarded by kinggame are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.
Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. kinggame reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus offers, or who are suspected of bonus abuse, may be excluded from future promotions.
All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.
Bonus Abuse: kinggame actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, and colluding with other Players to abuse promotions. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account permanently suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
All games available on kinggame are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on kinggame, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
All kinggame games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The results of all games are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by kinggame or any Player.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error in any game, kinggame reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during that round to the Players' accounts. kinggame's decision in relation to game malfunctions is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wager.
kinggame is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections or technical failures on the Player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a game round, the game will be resolved according to the game's standard rules and the outcome will stand. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kinggame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent banning and forfeiture of all funds:

All content on the kinggame platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the intellectual property of kinggame or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the kinggame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform; modify or create derivative works based on platform content; use any kinggame trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software or platform technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kinggame's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kinggame account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kinggame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if kinggame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
kinggame does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kinggame will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Gaming Risk: Online gaming involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose. kinggame is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gaming on the platform.
kinggame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Where an account is terminated due to breach or fraud, kinggame reserves the right to forfeit all balances.
You may close your kinggame account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
kinggame operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the kinggame platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
kinggame reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kinggame will provide notice to Players via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the kinggame platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the kinggame platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
